This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). When you visit, technically necessary log data is generated: IP address, time, requested address, amount of data transferred, browser type and operating system. It serves secure operation, troubleshooting and defence against attacks. We do not combine it with other data and do not evaluate it on a personal basis. The transfer to the USA is based on Vercel's certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which according to Vercel also provides adequate protection under Swiss law, and additionally on standard contractual clauses.

To improve the website we use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. Both services work without cookies: visitors are recognised by a hash value derived from the request, which is not stored permanently, and session data is automatically discarded after 24 hours. Aggregated information is collected on pages visited, country of origin, browser and operating system and, for Speed Insights, loading time metrics per page. This makes it impossible to build visitor profiles or to identify individual persons.

When you write to us via the form or by e-mail, we process the details you provide: name, company, e-mail address, phone number, location and your message. We use them solely to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and carry out the order. You also receive an automatic confirmation of your enquiry by e-mail.

Sending is handled by Resend, Inc. (USA); the sending domain is assigned to the eu-west-1 region (Ireland). This determines where the e-mail is sent from, not where the data is stored: Resend stores message content and logs in the United States, based on standard contractual clauses and its participation in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

As protection against automated submissions we check a field invisible to humans (honeypot) and limit the number of enquiries per IP address; for this purpose the IP address is held only briefly in the function's working memory and is not stored permanently. Server logs generated during sending arise at Vercel, see above.

We keep enquiries for as long as necessary for processing and any follow-up questions, and for concluded orders within the statutory retention periods; after that they remain within the usual retention of the mailbox. No data is passed on for advertising purposes.

We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking purposes. When you choose in the window at the start whether you are looking for photovoltaics or cleaning, your browser remembers this choice under the key "doka-bereich" in session storage (sessionStorage), so that the window does not appear on every visit. This entry stays on your device, is not transmitted to us, ends with the session and can be deleted at any time in your browser settings.

On Vercel's preview addresses and during local development, the website additionally sets the technical cookie "auftritt" so that the correct site (solar or cleaning) is shown. On the real domains www.dokagmbh.ch and reinigung.dokagmbh.ch this cookie is not used, because there the domain itself determines the site.

Beyond the services mentioned, we do not integrate any other third-party providers. There is no longer a map on the contact page, no newsletter and no registration on this website.

The service providers mentioned above, Vercel Inc. and Resend, Inc., process data in the United States. The transfer is based on their certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and additionally on standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 16 para. 2 let. d FADP. No other disclosures abroad take place.

The website is delivered exclusively in encrypted form (HTTPS). We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised access.

You have the right to information about the personal data we process about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. You may object to the processing and request that we hand over the data or transfer it to another body. An informal message to info@dokagmbh.ch is sufficient; we may ask for proof of identity.
